About the Speakers:
Izzie Colpitts-Campbell is the Staff Designer at FreshBooks. With over a decade of design experience she's done design work across many industries including academic research, non-profit as well as industry. They have worked for TIFF in their digital studio and lead developer experience at Shopify. She holds a BFA from OCAD University in electronic and software art with a focus on wearable technology and is currently working on their MA in Fashion Studies at TMU.
Johnny Farr is a Senior Product Design Manager at FreshBooks and founder of a design agency he built and sold. He brings a founder’s pragmatism to product design, grounded in understanding what small business owners actually need, and champions continuous user research as essential to building products that solve real problems.
